Your business is important to us, and we want to give you the best service we can. However, we are a small shop, and we cannot provide the rapid shipping and tracking services you expect from the giant businesses. Our "mail order department" for taking your orders and answering your canoe questions consists of whoever is nearest the phone when you call. We can only ship orders out twice a week via UPS. We trust, however, that we can offer you the kind of attention you get only from a small, specialized shop.

Shipping has become increasingly expensive. We try to charge you only the actual cost of your package. If you are overcharged by the standard rates, we will send you a refund. If we need to collect more than the standard rates, we will send an explanation and invoice with the package.

We accept credit cards, personal checks or money orders in U.S. funds via telephone, mail, fax or e-mail.

If you are not satisfied with any material or part that you receive please return it for a 100% refund, plus your cost of shipping.

Shipping Charges:

• Minimum charge - $8.00
• Handling - $3.00

Basic Shipping Charges to:

• Continental USA: 10% of total order
• Canada and Alaska: 15% of total order
• Overseas: at cost - please specify air or ocean freight
• Percentages suject to change, or actual cost may be applied

Extra Shipping Charges:

• Packages over 5 feet long: $8.00 extra per package.
• Packages between 40 and 150 pounds sent by UPS may have extra charge.
• Packages over 8 1/2 feet long or 150 pounds will be sent by general freight, freight collect.
• Orders sent C.O.D. are 10.00 extra.
• Maine residents please add 5% sales tax to order total.

Please note: There may be extra UPS charges for bulky or extra heavy packages such as rough lumber and large rolls of canvas.
